NEW IMO SITE- REPORT NOT GETTING SOLUTION.

When we click on the print button, if  an error 'Unable to load the client print control '  comes do the following.

RUN

REGEDIT

AND DELETE THE FOLLOWING ENTRY

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility\{FA91DF8D-53AB-455D-AB20-F2F023E498D3}

AND RESTART THE INTERNET EXPLORER.
